Save over 50% in installation costs with our Insulation Fixing Screw
)
Save 50% in installation costs
A cost-efficient solution for mounting EPS floor insulation under self-supporting ground slabs.
Requires only 1.38 screws per m²—over 50% savings compared to traditional systems.
The extended screw ensures deep anchoring in the second insulation layer, while the stop plate securely holds vapor or casting foil before reinforcement.
Ideal for 300–400 mm EPS insulation in buildings on soft ground, providing a durable and practical answer to a long-standing construction challenge.

Lower Cost, Fewer Materials, Better Performance

Cost-effective

100% recyclable
Materials can be fully reclaimed and reused.

Lightweight
Easy to handle and transport - reduces strain and speeds up installation.

Non-conductive
Unlike steel, the material doesn’t transfer heat, helping maintain insulation performance.
How to install
Mounting screws are typically used for 300–400 mm insulation beneath floors. It’s important that the thread does not pass completely through the insulation board, as this would reduce adhesion (especially with thinner insulation layers).
Plan & Layout
Use two mounting screws per board (1200×1200 mm).
Diagonal Mounting
Drive screws diagonally in each corner - about ¼ into the board - so they grip both the upper and lower insulation layers when laid in staggered formation.
Edge Fixing
Along all edges, ensure each board has at least two mounting screws for a secure hold.
Tighten & Embed
Drive each screw until the stop plate rests flush with the top of the EPS insulation. Do not overtighten, as this can damage the insulation and reduce adhesion.

Without insulation hanging, insulation capacity is lost
When insulation isn’t securely suspended, gaps form, and heat escapes through the slab.

Quick guide
Our insulation suspension system is extremely easy to work with.
The mounting screw attaches firmly to the 700 mm bit, allowing installation without bending down. Each screw stays on the bit until fully mounted — lightweight and easy to carry around.
Two mounting screws are used per 1200×1200 mm insulation board.
The screw is driven until the stop plate rests on the top of the insulation; the upper part of the screw is cast into the concrete, securely holding the insulation beneath the self-supporting ground slab.
