Significantly more affordable
A flexible suspension system used for supporting sewer pipes and installations beneath ground slabs and floor decks in buildings.
It is particularly suited for structures built on soft ground, where pipe suspension is required, but also ideal for fast pipe installations under ceilings in multi-storey buildings.
The product is designed for both plumbers and sewer contractors and complies with BYG-ERFA requirements.

Can be used under ground slabs, under ceilings, or for vertical mounting of soil pipes.
The suspension system is highly flexible, with mounting screw holes allowing installation on both walls and ceilings.
Green mindset
All our products are manufactured using CO₂-neutral and environmentally friendly electricity from Nordic wind turbines, and we also recycle 100% of our products.
Easy to install
Installation rate: 60–80 units per hour (compared to 4–5 units/hour for stainless-steel systems).

Lower Cost, Fewer Materials, Better Performance

Cost-effective
(Stainless-steel systems are 50% more expensive) Made from nylon, the product is significantly more affordable than conventional stainless-steel alternatives.

Recyclable Material
The product is made entirely from pure nylon (Akulon) and is fully recyclable after use, offering clear environmental benefits.

Easy to Handle
Lightweight and easy to carry — even up to the 5th floor. The low weight improves on-site ergonomics and makes installation in tight or overhead spaces far easier than with steel components.

Adjustable Threading
Allows for small height adjustments, making it easy to fine-tune installations under ceilings. The coarse, multi-start thread lets you adjust up or down with a single turn, providing precise alignment after cutting rods to length.

Lower Climate Footprint
Compared to stainless steel, the climate impact is substantially lower. Producing stainless steel places a heavy burden on the environment, whereas nylon manufacturing is far less resource-intensive — no acid baths or surface treatments are required to achieve corrosion resistance.

Extendable Design
The rods can be extended infinitely using internal threading, minimizing material waste. This allows easy customization to the desired length without additional fittings — simply screw the rods together as needed.

Coarse Multi-Start Thread
Designed for gravelly or dirty environments — debris simply falls through the thread. Since these suspensions are often used in areas with soil or gravel, the multi-start thread design allows particles to pass through, ensuring smooth installation even in rough conditions.

Non-Conductive (Unlike Steel)
No condensation issues through floor insulation. Steel components often create thermal bridges, leading to condensation — this issue is completely eliminated with DBK Pipe Suspension. The nylon material is heat-resistant up to 80°C, making it suitable for industrial kitchens and similar environments.

Level the Base and Lay Sewer Pipes
The gravel is levelled and the sewer pipes are laid with the correct slope.
Install Straps and Strap Holders
Straps are placed around the pipes and fastened to the strap holders on top of the pipes every 0.5 m, and at all sockets, branches, and bends.
Mount Tension Rods and Lay Insulation
Tension rods are installed in the strap holders, then covered with gravel, and the floor insulation is laid after the pipe suspension system has been mounted.
Trim Tension Rods for Concrete Casting
The tension rods are cut off 4 cm above the floor insulation, ready to be cast into the concrete poured on top.

Easy to install
Our suspension system is extremely easy to work with.
Each unit is installed in just 2–3 minutes, improving working conditions thanks to its lightweight design compared to traditional steel systems.
Versatile Suspension
Can be used under ground slabs, under ceilings, and for vertical mounting of soil pipes.
The suspension system is highly versatile, featuring mounting screw holes that allow installation on both walls and ceilings.
It can also be cast directly into concrete without flanges, as the coarse thread adheres to the concrete like a rawlplug.
